Quel beau contact avec Tom, l'opérateur de 13RC212 en Allemagne ! Sa eQSL est vraiment saisissante, avec un fond vibrant aux couleurs du drapeau allemand : rouge, noir et jaune. Au centre, on peut voir une illustration d'une vache qui attire immédiatement l'œil, avec l'inscription "RC DX Group" en haut dans un style rétro. En bas, le texte indique la fréquence de 27650 MHz en USB, ce qui rappelle notre échange sur la bande 11 mètres. Les conditions de propagation étaient excellentes ce jour-là, et j’ai eu la chance d'établir ce DX avec une belle clarté. La distance n'est pas négligeable, mais le skip a fonctionné à merveille, prouvant une fois de plus l'efficacité de notre bande CB.
