Quel beau contact avec Manuel, opérateur du 30RC513 en Espagne ! La carte eQSL qu'il m'a envoyée est vraiment captivante. Dominée par un fond bleu électrique, elle met en avant une croix traditionnelle au centre, entourée d’éclairs stylisés. En haut à gauche, on peut apercevoir les majestueuses montagnes d’Asturies, tandis qu'en bas à droite, une superbe plage invite à la détente. Le texte est bien en évidence, avec "PRINCIPADO DE ASTURIAS" en lettres jaunes vives, ce qui donne un contraste marqué. Les conditions de propagation étaient idéales, et j’ai réussi à le contacter sur la fréquence de 27.765 MHz en mode USB.
